Jim Clark signed 1965 BARC gold medal presentation booklet for Indy 500 victory

An original programme/booklet from the 1965 BARC gold medal presentation to Jim Clark and Colin Chapman for their victory at the 1965 Indy 500 race. The event was held at the Grosvenor hotel in London on the 14th July 1965 and was attended by both Jim Clark and Colin Chapman. The booklet contains 12 pages (excluding covers) with details including :-
An itinerary of the day, colour photos from the 1965 Indy 500 race, details about Clark and Chapman, information about the Lotus 38 car and the Ford engine, congratulations from various sponsors and suppliers.
The front cover of the booklet has an embossed BARC logo and has been signed in blue ink by Jim Clark and also by 1964 British Olympic long jump gold medalist (new world record) Mary Rand who presented the medals on the day.
A superb memento to commemorate Clark’s Indy 500 victory with the booklet itself being in very good condition with brown spotting to some pages and a light stain to the bottom of the rear cover.
Dimensions measure 7.25 ” x 9.75″.
