Mike Hawthorn – British Champion, Limited edition framed print with original signature of Mike Hawthorn

This is a very limited giclee print of just 30 editions entitled ‘Mike Hawthorn – British Champion’ produced from an original painting by Nicholas Watts. This beautiful giclee depicts Mike Hawthorne in the Ferrari Dino 246 at the 1958 French Grand Prix at Rheims having just taken the lead. Hawthorne went on to victory and to clinch the World Championship in 1958. The print’s title and descriptive text have been hand written by the artist Nicholas Watts who has also signed and individually numbered the print. To make this very rare print even more desirable it is no.1 of 30 and has the inclusion of the cut original signature of Mike Hawthorn (the website photo includes a close-up). Both the print and the Hawthorn signature come with a certificate and a letter of authenticity respectively from both Nicholas Watts and the publishing company (Automobile Art International).
