John Surtees signed ‘The prancing horse’ Ferrari souvenir postal cover

A limited edition 1997 souvenir postal cover celebrating the first win for a Ferrari manufactured racing car in 1947. The cover was originally sold to raise money for the RAF Association Home and a Lockheed F-104S Starfighter along with the Ferrari Tipo 159 is depicted on the cover itself. It has been signed by both John Surtees and squadron leader D. Hill and was produced in a strict limited edition of only 45 examples of which this is number 40.
