Red and Blue (1933 Monaco GP) – Limited edition print

A wonderful print published by Grand Prix Sportique Ltd. entitled ” RED AND BLUE ” from an original painting by Alan Fearnley encapsulating a scene from the 1993 Monaco GP featuring the main two protagonists of Tazio Nuvolari (Alfa Romeo) & Achille Varzi (Bugatti) along with Louis Chiron, Rene Dreyfuss and Baconin Borzacchini. The 1933 race was the greatest race between two of the finest drivers of the era, Varzi and Nuvolari who fought for 99 laps with Varzi winning after Nuvolari broke down on the last lap. Nuvolari was eventually disqualified for assistance trying to push his car to the finish. This long sold out print is a limited edition of just 300 and has been individually signed and numbered by the artist. The print is in excellent condition with a couple of some small creases to the outer white border which does not effect the print itself but has to be mentioned. Dimensions measure 86cm x 59cm.
