Alan Fearnley 1989 Monaco (Hotel de Paris) exhibition poster

An original poster for Alan Fearnley’s artwork exhibition held at the Hotel de Paris in May of 1989. The poster features artwork entitled ‘On the way to the grid’ which depicts Manfred von Brauchitsch on his way to winning the 1937 Monaco Grand Prix in the Mercedes Benz W125 after refusing to obey orders to allow team-mate Ruldolph “Rudi” Caracciola pass. The poster is in very good condition with a crease to the top right hand corner and a couple of minor yellow spots (shown in photos). Dimensions measure 50.5cm x 38cm.
