PAYMENT:- To make online payments through the web store it is required that you initially create an account with us by clicking on the 'my account' tab. Once you have created an account it will also allow you to track your orders and view any previous order history. If you do not wish to create an account then please contact us with your order requirements and we can process it manually.
To make an online payment you first have to add the required item to your shopping basket and then click the 'checkout' tab. The first part of the check out process will display shipping options (see section below) and the second part is where you select the preferred payment method using one of two options :-
1. PAYPAL (Online payment)
2. Cheque/Postal order
If you use the cheque/postal order option then the payment details of who and where to send the cheque are included in the checkout process. The third and final part of the payment process is to confirm billing and delivery addresses, any additional info and total payment. If you wish to pay by bank transfer then please select option number two (cheque/postal order) and contact us for the relevant bank information details. We can also except payments in installments for the higher priced items to make purchases easier.
SHIPPING:- Included in the web store is a shipping estimator which gives the shipping rates for the relevant delivery options available to individual countries.(This estimator only gives rates for the UK Royal Mail delivery services). For international customers (Non-UK) any item weighing over 2kg will be sent via our preferred shipping company UPS with full tracking so please contact us to obtain a shipping quote as this service is not included in the checkout process.
We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels if the customer does not pay for insurance or uses their own courier service. We are not responsible for the extra taxes levied by customs and excise when shipping internationally or for shipping delays caused by customs.
